question. The copyrights permission to use the casino names and a very close likeness to the casino chips. And yes that would go for the 1967 Franklin Mint set or on this 1980 ish set.

I would guess the Franklin Mint had permission to make the silver and sterling sets since they made the actual slot tokens for the casinos back then which in 1965 is when the first slot tokens were needed and used. This fits in with when the USA quit making silver coinage because the price of silver in a dollar was more than a dollar.
