Gold Spike had some strikes that the insert was loose. Some were rotated (not a true rotated die, just silver rotated to brass). I don't think there is a reverse rim, it's called taking out the silver insert and slipping it back in the opposite way. Some people may have them but I don't think they were done by the machine. I remember when these first came out there were all these claims of "errors" on Gold Spike, and they were shown to be loose inserts. It's poor quality, not a rare find.
