Howdy, no not a silver strike by that term which at the casino tokens you would win from special slot machines.

The $5 Binion's is .999 silver. These types of tokens that were made by the mint sometimes the mint would do a special run out of silver for management or with this being Binion he loved silver as we all know so he might have requested a special run just for himself.
