The participants for the
June 2023 Tournament was 168
June 2024 Tournament was 151
June 2025 Tournament was 169

Personally, I was not pleased with have to get a room to participate in the tournament but it is what it is.
Perhaps due to the lower attendance in 2024 was the reason for the new requirement. As you can see it really didn't make a difference whether a room or not was mandatory.
