This doesn’t take into account the individual numismatic value of the quarters. Having said this, I am starting to suspect that the quarters within were recent and not of the era of the machine. Still, that machine, if 100% functional, is probably worth between $1500-$2500. You got a good deal. Go ahead and send it to my house if you don’t want it. I have $700 for ya!
