I will try my best to do an excellent job for the club. I am always open to any and all comments concerning my performance and thoughts of improving the club.

I do realize I can't make everyone happy but I will still make the effort.

In my professional experience I considered a complaint an opportunity to fix a problem. If no one complained you never really knew there was a problem. I have lived by that concept my whole life.
