Thanks for sharing that Walt. Looks like he doesn't know how to block just one bidder. We all get negative buyers. I had a guy leave negative without contacting me. I worked with him for months and he refused to retract the feedback. It stayed on my account for a year - but that is why we get feedback - negative allows us to learn what to do better.
The first thing that I did with my negative guy was to block that id from purchasing any more from me, not block the entire eBay population.
Maybe he will learn from our contacting him that he has other options.
