That explains a lot. I thought that only the Board could authorize placing news content and ads on the web site which is why I thought it was wrong for non-Board members to post free ads. My mistake, thanks for clearing it up. I'm guessing that those of us who thought it was wrong to post free ads thought there were policies in place.
