I think the riff here is that the flyer should have been posted on the club website under “current news”. The banners are for official club announcements such as the club coin contest ordering forms or ballets for the election of officers. Other than that the banners are for club revenue, they are for businesses and dealers to pay a fee to promote their services. If the Four Queens have paid for the ad then all is well, if a club member posted it there for free then they were wrong to do so. This is not a “gray” area, it has been this way since the inception of the website.
