Jerry - Everybody can have their drawing computer enhanched if they wish, almost everybody has wished this when it was offered and as a matter of fact last year only one person complained and that person never even submitted a drawing.
Also any body can get and use the same software that is used to enhance the drawing but most people don't wish to take the time and have said a big THANKS for the efforts of another club member.
You can submit a drawing if you wish and not have any thing done to it the choice is yours.
