If it happened to be one in a Red Cap then it would sell for more than face value, if it is one of the current Clad strikes (not maked .999 silver) then it would cost more in fees to list it on ebay and hope it sold, if it happens to be a brand new release then it would sell for more than face for awhile.
As far as how hard they are to win that just depends on the machine but winning on your 3ard pull is being lucky.
