This company has been around for at least five years. They own the slabing company and can grade the strike any thing they want to. By calling it MS 70 (mint state 70) they are telling collectors that this condition is the finest available. They do the same with current struck US mint products. There's a sucker born every minute. Nothing illegal about what they do. Good luck when you try to resell it.
