Heres an idea, maybe the brass rims could be used on one of the old type merry-go-rounds (like at Sant Cruz Ca.) where you can grab a ring as you go around and then toss it in the clowns mouth, some of the merry=go-rounds had a fat lady to toss the ring to.
Those were the good old days.
