All positions were open for nominations. President, 1st Vice President, 2nd Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. The only office with more than one nomination was Secretary.
Al Varelas and Lisa McPhersen were both nominated for Secretary. You will be receiving instructions for voting. The other officers will remain in their current positions.

Below is a copy of part of THE CLUB BYLAWS.
On October 15 of odd years, will call for nominations from the membership for each office for membership to vote on with a deadline of November 15 (odd years). By November 16 (odd years) send out ballots showing the nominations for each office for the membership to vote on with a deadline of December 31 (odd year)
Secretary Duties
Performs additional duties as directed by the President
Secretary
• Takes and maintains all official minutes for Officer and Club meetings;
• Prepares official documents.
• Receives club coin contest submittals.
• Performs additional duties as directed by the President or Vice Presidents
