I use the 43mm CoinSafe capsules (I measured as 43.75mm) and the 44mm Lighthouse capsules (I measured as 44.02mm). Do not buy the 43mm Lighthouse capsules (I measured as 43.02mm), because they are too small for most silver strikes.

I prefer the Lighthouse capsules, because they have a slightly raised ring at the edge of the faces that prevents the faces from getting as scratched as other styles. But, the strikes look nicer in the CoinSafe capsules, if you have a way to keep the faces from rubbing against each other.
