This is one of the few rare and super hard to find $7.00 strikes. It does have some fine scratches on it. But remember back in 1992 these were put in the hopper and plastic cases were not in use then. So all the strikes ended up with different degrees of scratches.

Book value is $200 - $250 with the last one selling in 2015 for $200
