The letter published was in no way intended to rake anyone over the coals. Its intent was more to inform the membership how sometimes we are perceived by outsiders. It is unfortunate that this occurred at all. I think more members should be involved and know what goes on.
By the way anyone who gets their newsletter emailed and has not received a copy of the newsletter should contact me. The hard copies should be in the mail now or at least in the next day or two.
