The guy I got these from said these came out of the machine that way. He knows nothing about the coins except he played for them at the airport years ago. He didn't even know about the red caps being chasers. He is not a dealer or collector. I believe him. I remember hearing about another casino that did that a few years ago but I cannot remember which casino or casinos it was. It doesn't matter now.
