Other than Venetian/Palazzo, I believe that all casinos other than the ones with current strikes have officially "phased out" the strikes. Just like "phasing out" chips, they will post a notice at the cashier's window stating " . . .as of xx/xx/xxxx, all chips with color markings will be VOID>.
