False strike auctions again

I have noticed in the last few days since Silver has gone over $20 per ounce that there are once again Silver Strike Auctions that are stating False information as to the Silver Weight, they seem to be auctions from dealers who don't have a clue as to what they are selling, others are folks who more than likely found a few strikes at a flea market or some drawer and list the item as Pure Silver and some even show the weight on a scale in regular ounces.
I have taken the time to send a message tru ebay and have had a couple of reply's and both have stated THEIR Statements are TRUE and I am wrong and please stop sending false info.
I have even notified ebay but they don't seem to care since the auctions are still live.
I also directed them all to the silver strike web site and one seller came back and said the site should be taken down since it states FALSE information.
Perhaps a False ebay bidder I.D should be created and bids placed in the $500 range and then not paid for. They would get their fees back in time but it would cause a delay for them.
