Regarding the Brothel tokens, there are a series marked on the silver, ".999 Silver & 24 KT Gold EP" Smooth Edge, and a series of Colorized Clads with no markings other than a note on the Certificate of Minting as Clad, also with a Smooth Edge. I have not checked all of my Brothels, but I do recall several were Reeded.
I hope this helps. Haven't had a chance to locate my Aladdin $100 Year of the Horse, Goat, Monkey tokens to see if they are Coin-Aligned. Perhaps after the New Years.
