Requesting your help:
I have a customer in MN who lost his job in the fall of 2013. He had severe pain in his back. After many tests it was determined that he has Follicular Non Hodgkin Lymphoma. His name is Jeffrey G. and he turned 54 years old December, 2013.

There is currently no cure for this cancer, but he is undergoing 6 sessions of chemo therapy with the hope of remission. Today is his second treatment. His mom and dad accompany him to these uncomfortable treatment sessions. My heart goes out to them having to see their son in so much pain. His mother is caring for him at his home, across the river from theirs.

Jeffrey contacted me a year ago about purchasing a silver strike for every casino he had visited. We made a list and he was paying monthly, purchasing a few at a time. Recently he expressed the hope of completing his collection once he is back to work. Listed below are what I have set aside for him. I know it would boost his spirits to receive these strikes as gifts.

He is not aware that I am doing this. Recently he got some get well money and sent it to me to buy strikes. I came up with this idea to send the strikes directly, since that is what brings a smile to his face during this difficult time.
