I think what you may have read was that after The Mirage runs out of their 2 piece, 12 ounce $300, they will start with a new solid .999 $300. Both have the same 6 ounces of silver but the new one will be more like the $300s at Four Queens. I would guess the new one will have their new logo on the back too?

Hopefully whenever the Venetian and Palazzo get strikes, they will have a $300 too, but that is a wish, not a new strike report.
