You should 1st knowing what your speaking about, befor opening your mouth to speak ! Most of the highprices you told, are from "make an offer" option, and the price you always will see, will be the one the seller asked for the "buy it now" option... Of course my offer price is much more under 40% to 50%. i am never buying over the cohenour guide price.

Well, this kinf of discution can late long time, so nevermind, some people will do with my money, other not... At the end, the ones who deals are better businessmen, money is money and they find it where it is!
