Very Unusual Foxwoods Strike, Any Ideas?

I was wondering if anyone might have some information on a strike (at least I think it's a strike) that I have from the Foxwoods casino. It seems to be composed of copper with silver plated highlights. Some light wear has removed the silver plating from the high points. I compared this item with a $40 strike and they have the same diameter, this item weighs 0.3 grams heavier but is also 0.44mm thicker so this is why I believe it is composed of copper which is lighter than silver. The Laurel and Hardy image is similar to a $20 silver strike that was issued at the Foxwoods. I am wondering if this may be a pattern or trial piece, is this actually a coin used in the Silver Strike program and won from a machine, or did this have some other function? Any ideas?
