Club Coin Design Contest Rules
Club Coin Design Contest Rules as of 12/31/2010

•Contest Entries must be received by either Email or US Mail no later than November 30. Entries arriving later will not be entered.

•Strike Theme is the Anniversary for each year unless otherwise stated.
•You may enter as many different designs as you wish.

•Previous entries may be resubmitted.

•Committee Chairperson will select the committee to select the finalists (number of committee members to be Chairperson plus 14) (number of finalists to be a maximum of six).

•The selection will be made at a meeting to be conducted during the January Silver Strike Tournament.

•The finalists will be voted on by the entire membership in good standing.  They will be published in the newsletter and also posted on our club web site.

•Voting will begin as soon as the finalists are selected and no later than February 1.

•Voting will close on March 1.

•The three top finalists will be awarded a winning strike at convention.

•The strike will be minted and ready for sale by Convention time.

•They will be sold on a first come first served basis - You must be a club member in good standing to purchase a strike (restricted to one strike per member in good standing until June 1st - at that time it will be open to anyone in any amount).

Beginning with 2010 individuals may submit multiple drawings, but can only have one drawing in the six finalists (i.e.: the six finalists will be six different members).
