Mike - Just for the fun of it I just finished talking with 3 different Coin Shop Dealers and they all said the same thing, a COA wouldn't mean a thing to them since a COA can be produced on any good printer. They all said they would have to test the item first and there offer would be based on a price reflecting spot value minus refing fees.
So the long and short of it is a COA isn't worth a thing when reselling to anybody but a colletor.
This was talked about at the club meeting and was stated Sunshine Mint was working on the problem with gaming and hoped to come up with away that the center could be marled .999 silver.
