Strike composition idea

Hello,
Everyone knows that silver prices are way up and it cost the casinos more than $10 to make a $10 strike and because of it and that is why there are only a few casinos that still have the machines (and CLAD). What if the strikes were made out of .999 FINE COPPER? This is the next precious metal that is pretty cheap (compared to what silver was years ago when strikes first came out) right now. I have seen some coins made out of .999 fine copper and they look real nice. Just like Silver Strikes the idea when playing for them was that they would always have some kind of intrusic value in them that may be worth more over time (which is what happened). The CLAD strikes are just worth face value. I know they wouldn't be able to call them silver strikes but they can call them mining strikes or something. Maybe this would bring back some machines and leave the strikes at $10 face so more people can afford them and keep the hobby going. This is just my idea and would welcome any comments.
Thanks,
