As many of you know, an additional duty of the OTY Awards Chairman is to present a non-Competitive Exhibit at the Convention in June that displays all 30 OTY Nominees, 10 of which are the SSOTY candidates. While I may or may not have a specific candidate, it is a given that I do not have all of them, so I open it up to the collectors to loan me any or all of the 10 candidates for the display, in accordance with these terms:

1. These are just loaners and will be returned to the owner(s) after the Convention.

2. I will need the loaners mailed to me in advance of the Convention. (I prefer this over a last minute exchange at the Convention.)

3. If you happen to be the Loaner of the winning candidate, you will be given first right of refusal to donate the item to the for the Permanent Collection of All Past OTY Award Winners. However, you are NOT obligated to make the donation and there is an exception to first right of refusal and that is if anyone volunteers before hand to make the winning entrant available for donation.

4. Loaners will be returned after 3 pm on the last day of the Convention. If in person, great, but otherwise they will be mailed. Shipping and Insurance will be a covered expense.

In the following posts I will display each SSOTY Nominee. Any reader with possession of any or all of the SSOTY Nominees may post a reply message, to the effect of: "I'll loan that!" to designate the specific candidate(s) they will be responsible for for shipping to me at an address to be provided when we exchange confirmation emails.
