Don't know any specifics, how many you are selling, what their process is, etc. but APMEX now has a posted price of $21 to BUY $10 strikes. See this link:

You can also try any local coin store or bullion dealer, they are usually buying, I have no clue what they pay. APMEX is the only place I've ever seen a posted price for strikes.
