I have this Elizabeth Taylor IGT "hockey puck" that says IGT 2003 G2E on it. I believe it was to promote the Elizabeth Taylor Dazzling Diamonds slot machine. It is in really good shape and the tape is not crinkled or opened. There is one scuff mark on the side that the keychain looking thing is on. See the pics:
