Silver Strike Odds

Hi Wes - welcome to the board. As I understand it, the payout is typically around $14 in for each $10 strike out. Shaun is slot manager at Four Queens, maybe he can comment if I'm way off on the odds.

My last two trips were $610 in the machine 65 strikes won and $300 in and 39 won. This is atypical, the reason my win percentage was so good is that I won a bunch of small slot pays along the way. One of the great things about the Silver Strike Slots is that you can win money by the correct wheel alignment (like all slots) or you can win a strike that you can either cash in or keep. When all the strikes were solid silver, most people kept the strikes. Now that the strikes are clad, a lot of us only keep one of each and then try to win more to exchange for the one pound strikes.

All the machines I have played recently are 25¢ machines. You can play a quarter and play it like a regular slot machine. But if you don't play max bet (75¢) you cannot win a strike. All the machine now pay one strike for third wheel "SILVER STRIKE". One of the machines at The Palms used to pay one strike for each wheel that came up SILVER STRIKE, which could be three at a time. Fun machine to play when you win multiple strikes, but not so fun when it comes up blanks...

Hope I got most of your questions answered. Silver Strikin' is a lot of fun, no guarantees but that's why they call it gambling!
