Geotagging: Something to be aware of

With a lot of us posting pictures of our chips, stikes and collections online, there's something called "geotagging" to keep in mind.

Basically, some smart phones and cameras put a tag in the images they create that tells exactly where the picture was taken (latitude and longitude). Of course there are plenty of other ways to find out where someone lives if you're a burglar looking for chips, but it's something to remember when posting pictures.

It's in the news today because one of the guys from Mythbusters posted a picture of his vehicle online and inadvertenly revealed his home address.
