Jeff and Al, send a trouble ticket to David via the trouble ticket link. That gives him a lot of info on your browser, etc. that he can use to figure it out.

Funny how we had the exact same problem yet not the same solution. I'm running Vista with IE 8.0. It boils down to your cookies and your pc is not updating the cookie from the site.
