Looks like the problem isn't E Bay, according to those fine folks. Here is what is posted on the board by E Bay. I was able to get on thru AOL but cannot get on via my DSL.

"We are receiving reports that some users are experiencing problems connecting to E Bay. The situation is not with E Bay but appears to be originating from difference backbone Internet Service Providers and is localized in certain areas of the US. We are in contact with our partners and will inform you as more information is available."
