Logistically there has to be a cut off number of entries for our
tournaments, just as all of the casinos who run tournaments must
set a max number of entries due to the logistics for everyone to play
their rounds.

The main factor is how many machines will be used in a tournament,
the more machines, the more entries allowed.

With 12 machines in our tournament area, it allows only so many
people per time slot, per round, which 3 rounds for everyone, 2
Saturday and 1 on Sunday. The limit of entries set by Shaun is the
max number to allow all entrants to play their 3 rounds in the time
slots available without running into any other events scheduled for
the tournament dates ....
