The Silver Strikers Related Tokens catalog shows a PICTURE of the Poker Room strike having been provided by Bill Cohenour.

I have the latest version (August, 2018) of the Catalog for non-nevada and it lists the Spotlight 29 item under Related Tokens but doesn't show any sales.

You might check with Warren or Sue to see if they have it in his collection.
