That outer rim does look like brass. Did these come with their usual silver authenticity cards?
The photo so far show the Torch with a very gold looking flame, however, the outer rim looks nothihg like gold plating in the photos.
Another note is that the ".999 Fine Silver" inscription is on the center.
This strike looks just strange to me.
Also, at the close of the New York metals market on Thursday if this coin has 12 troy oz of silver then it's value would be $219.12
Not sure if the casino's will still market these with a full 12 troy oz of silver.
Just call me a skeptic.
