$.23 per gal. in the KOSA. and that's after the royal family's cut. but then they have no environmental restrictions for drilling or refining. Plus their government is run by their religion and there is only one of those to deal with. The royal family sets all wages and there is no lobby interensts to work out pork barrel deals with. They still have their basic human rights as long as they do as they're told, don't speak out against the royal family, say nothing against the religion nor it's leaders, and keep as many wives as they can afford. Oh yes and don't eat ham for Christmas, oops forgot that little detail.
