Man, I really hated to miss it. Up to the Wednesday before, I figured I had a 95% chance of going, but I knew there was a possible schedule glitch.
I even contacted last year's winner so I might take the new shirt to her place just in case, but she was leaving a week early to have some fun before the tournament. The shirt wasn't quite ready, so......
Oh, and one of last year's players said that he would probably make a "better" shirt, so I kind of lagged making my shirt, waiting to hear him make a verifying post on the board. He was one of the higher placers last year, but I forget who it was. I tried finding out.
Hopefully, next year.....it's so much fun that week.
