Norm, I have to agree with Richard, that the service that you do for the members of this club is beyond a THANK YOU!! You are more than fair with your prices and provide a great service to all that need it. I come to Las Vegas (4-5) times a year and I still purchase strikes from Norm and other dealers as well. If new strikes come out between my visits to Vegas, it is possible that they may be a short run just like the 10th Anniv. Orleans, and if it weren't for Norm standing there waiting for ME to finish playing the machine I would have never completed my set without him trading me for my dups!!! As time goes on and these new members see the GREAT service that Norm provides for us, that is when they will understand and eat their words of condemnation.
