Ted, not everyone like you can afford to come to Vegas every time a new $200 is released. It is much cheaper for them to buy from a dealer and get their strike for a reasonable price. I sold this new one coming out for $305 and after expenses I will make little or no profit.
I asked for stooges as I know collectors enjoy playing the machines and this will give them more opportunity to play them.
I can only suppose that when you buy a new car you fly to Detroit and buy directly from the manufacturer,then down to Iowa to buy your pork and meats and then to Cincinnati to buy your Proctor and Gamble cleaning needs. All this to avoid the dealers is very wise as dealers are only a nuisance and cost us all this money that we could save.
